Olivia Rosser

Olivia Rosser is an experienced HR professional currently serving as an HR Business Partner at Trion Solutions, Inc. since June 2022, after holding a role as a Human Resources Intern. Previously, Olivia was a Student Research Assistant at the Leadership, Innovation, Networks, and Collaboration (LINC) Laboratory at Michigan State University from September 2022 to April 2023, contributing to research on leadership and collaboration in complex environments. Additionally, Olivia held leadership positions at Delta Gamma Fraternity, including Director of Social Awareness and Director of Sisterhood, and gained early experience as a Counselor at Black River Farm & Ranch and an AAU Volleyball Coach at Hurricane AAU Volleyball Club. Olivia holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Michigan State University and is pursuing a Master's degree at Wayne State University until June 2025.
