Iliana Barklage

Iliana Barklage has a comprehensive background in human resources and training, currently serving as Ausbildungsleitung and HR Manager for Personalentwicklung at TRIOPTICS GmbH since October 2020. Prior experience includes roles as HR Specialist for Training & Learning and Personalreferentin at tesa SE from August 2008 to October 2020, and as Versicherungskauffrau at Württembergische Versicherung AG in early 2002. Iliana's educational qualifications comprise a Diplom in Volkswirtschaftslehre from Freie Universität Berlin (2002-2007), certification as Geprüfte Personalreferentin bSb from Institut für Lernsysteme GmbH (2009-2011), and training as Versicherungskauffrau from Rudolf-Rempel Berufskolleg (1999-2002). Additional studies were completed at the University of Limerick during the 2004-2005 academic year.
