Chengjie Zhang

Chengjie Zhang has extensive work experience in the travel industry, holding various roles in reputable companies. Starting in 2012 at Booking.com, Chengjie started as a Customer Relation Associate and worked their way up to becoming a Senior Customer Service Executive and a Customer Service Team Leader. In 2015, they transitioned to the role of a Training and Quality Team Leader before ultimately becoming the Regional CS Learning and Quality Manager for APAC. In 2019, Chengjie joined Skyscanner as the Head of User Satisfaction for APAC. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Commercial Operation and Marketing at Trip.com, a role they have been in since 2020.

Chengjie Zhang obtained a Bachelor's Degree in International Tourism Management from the University of Sunderland from 2008 to 2011.
