Jeannie Phun

Jeannie Phun has a diverse work experience spanning various companies and roles. Jeannie started their career as a Business HR Manager at Singapore Telecommunications Ltd in 2004 and later worked as a Senior HR Manager at GroupM from 2007 to 2009. From 2009 to 2012, they served as the Talent Management and OD Lead for APAC at Alcatel-Lucent, where they managed the People Manager Development program. Following that, Jeannie joined LEO Pharma A/S in 2012 as a Regional HR Business Partner, responsible for recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee communications, and training and development. Jeannie then moved on to Physio-Control, now part of Stryker, in 2014, where they were a Senior Manager of HR for the APAC region. After that, they joined IDEMIA in 2017 and served as the HR Director for Cluster Countries and Talent Management in APAC until 2019. From 2019 to 2021, Jeannie held the position of HR Director for ANZ & Japan and Global Talent assignments at IDEMIA. Currently, they are working at Tripadvisor, initially as the Associate Director of People Operations, APAC, and currently as the Director of People Operations, APAC.

Jeannie Phun completed their Bachelor's degree in Marketing & The Media from Murdoch University, where they attended from 1998 to 2000. In terms of additional certifications, Jeannie obtained the following qualifications: Insights Discovery Client Practitioner from Insights in May 2022, HBDI Practitioner from Herrmann in June 2019, Certified Organisational Coach, Level Two from the Institute of Executive Coaching and Leadership (IECL) in May 2019, CliftonStrengths from Gallup in March 2017, and Certified Organisational Coach, Level One from the Institute of Executive Coaching and Leadership (IECL) in May 2016.
