Ruairi Park

Ruairi Park has extensive experience in the field of human resources, with a focus on people operations and HR business partnering. Ruairi has held various roles in different companies, starting with their time at PricewaterhouseCoopers Ireland as a Reward Advisory Assistant. Ruairi then worked as an HR Coordinator at Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc. before transitioning to Telefonica, where they held multiple positions including HR Advisor, HR Operations Advisor, and Team Lead Digital HR Services. In 2014, they joined Telefonica Digital as an HR Service Delivery Generalist. In 2016, they moved to eir Ireland as an HR Business Partner, responsible for general HR operations and supporting various HR projects. Ruairi'smost recent role is at Tripadvisor, where they initially served as a People Operations Business Partner and later advanced to the positions of Senior People Operations Business Partner and Associate Director, People Operations - EMEA. In this role, they act as a trusted partner to people managers and individual contributors, leads the people operations function at the Dublin site, and collaborates with global teams on data protection.

Ruairi Park completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Sociology, Social Policy, and Human Resources at University College Dublin from 2004 to 2007. Following this, they pursued a Master of Business Studies degree with a focus on Human Resources at the same institution from 2007 to 2008.
