Clover Liu

Clover Liu has a diverse work experience, beginning in 2016. In that year, they were an Operation Management Trainee at Shanghai Changguagn Automobile Information Company, where they used Customer Relationship Management and Enterprise Resource Planning software to collect, process, analyze, and report business data from over twenty sub-companies all over China. Clover also offered technical support for product promotion by using business intelligent software, and collaborated with the R&D team for the company's APP project. Additionally, they were a Teaching Assistant of a Summer Course at Shanghai University of Finance and Economics, where they were in charge of evaluating academic papers and organized seminars.

In 2018, Clover Liu was a Business Analyst & IT Director at LEAP Career Development Forum. In 2019, they were a Business Analyst, License at NBCUniversal Media, LLC, and a VP, Tripalink Property Management and Manager, Department of Data Analytics at Tripalink. In their role as Sales Analyst at Tripalink, they aggregated operating datasets to build the pipeline control of multiple channels and sales tracking system for leasing and marketing department, and increased conversion rate by 28% in Q2 2020. Clover also used multiple external data resources and analytical tools including Google Analytics, Zillow API, and Costar to prototype an AI based pricing system and financial model for new projects of all regions in the U. S.

Clover Liu obtained a Master's degree in Applied Analytics from Pepperdine University between 2017 and 2018. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA in Electronic Business from Shanghai University of Finance and Economics between 2013 and 2017.
