Caleb Blanton has had a diverse and extensive work experience in the IT industry. Caleb started their career at KnowledgeBroker, Inc. in 1993 where they began in the technical support department and quickly transitioned to leading the software development team. During their time at KnowledgeBroker, Inc., Caleb developed call tracking and knowledge base software.

In 1997, Caleb joined Travel Technology Group (TTG, later becoming TRX) as a Senior Software Engineer, where they played a vital role in developing their online corporate booking tool, RESASSIST. Over the years, they progressed through various roles within the company, including Manager of Software Development, Director of Software Development, and Manager of Operational Development. During this time, Caleb managed teams, led architectural improvements, and implemented strategic integrations.

In 2007, Caleb decided to start their own consulting firm, Creativa Consulting, LLC. As the President of Creativa Consulting, they offer end-to-end IT services and builds enterprise-grade web applications for clients from different industries. The company utilizes cutting-edge technologies to deliver robust and high-quality business solutions.

Since 2015, Caleb has been the CTO at TRIPBAM, Inc. In this role, they have been responsible for leading all things IT for the company. Caleb co-invented the hotel shopping service offered by TRIPBAM, which monitors hotels to find the best rates up to the point of check-in.

Throughout their career, Caleb has demonstrated expertise in software design, architecture, management, and process improvement. Caleb has received training from the Software Engineering Institute and holds certifications as a Certified PSP Developer and an Authorized TSP Coach. Caleb's work experience showcases their ability to lead teams, drive technical innovation, and deliver successful projects in the IT industry.

Caleb Blanton attended Northlake College from 1991 to 1993, where they studied Computer Science. Later, in 2007 and 2008, they attended Collin College, with a focus on Business, although no specific degree was mentioned.
