Gabriela Flores

Gabriela Flores has a diverse work experience spanning over 15 years. Gabriela started their career in the hospitality industry, working as a Room Attendant and Housekeeper at Quest Serviced Apartments from 2006 to 2007. Gabriela then moved on to Hacienda San Agustin de Callo, where they served as a Hostess and Housekeeping Supervisor for a brief period in 2007.

In 2008, Gabriela joined the Food and Beverage Department as a Banquet Server and Hostess, where they supported the Banquet Supervisors in assigning duties to the team and provided exceptional service to guests. Gabriela continued in this role until 2009.

In 2010, Gabriela worked at Hotel Quito as a Front Desk Department Reservations Assistant. Gabriela handled reservations and provided assistance to guests during their stay. Gabriela stayed in this role until 2011.

In the same year, Gabriela joined Surtrek as a Sales Agent and later moved on to become a Sales Representative at Galapagos Experience from 2014 to 2016. Gabriela then returned to Surtrek, this time as a Sales Representative from 2016 to 2019. During their time at Surtrek, they achieved sales targets and dealt with clients in the travel industry.

In 2019, Gabriela was promoted to the position of Sales Manager at Surtrek-South American Travel. Gabriela managed the sales team and was responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies.

In 2021, Gabriela worked as an Ecuador Commercial Representative at both TripFactory.com and Nexus DMC. Gabriela represented these companies in the Ecuadorian market, building relationships, and promoting their services.

Gabriela Flores completed a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Business Administration, Management, and Operations from Universidad Andina Simón Bolívar Ecuador, from 2021 to 2022. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Ecotourism from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Ecuador, during the period of 1998 to 2003.
