Laura Ritz has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Laura began their career in 2000 as a Process Engineer Summer Intern at Bayer Pharmaceuticals. From 2002 to 2003, they worked as an Intermediate Analyst at Tecolote Research, where they participated in a joint team, developed cost estimates, and normalized historical data for the NRO Ground Systems Office.

In 2003, Laura joined Northrop Grumman as a Chief Estimator, leading cost portions for large proposals and fostering business development opportunities. Laura then moved to Wells Fargo in 2007, where they served as a Financial Relationship Manager, managing a multimillion-dollar relationship and identifying cost savings opportunities across the corporation. Laura also took on the role of Strategic Assessment and Business Initiatives Manager, leading cross-functional initiatives and benchmarking technology spend.

In 2016, Laura transitioned to PNC as an SVP, focusing on Technology Innovation and Strategic Initiatives. Laura played a significant role in proposing strategic initiatives and managing technology spend. Laura then joined multiple charities in 2010 as a Non-Profit Volunteer and Leader, where they founded and led significant events, increased donations and sponsorships, and transformed board diversity.

Laura joined numo llc in 2018 as COO, where they built products in financial services and sought out innovative applications of emerging technologies. Their current position is as COO at triple, a role they started in January 2022. Laura is also a Board Member at triple since October 2020.

Throughout their career, Laura has demonstrated a strong track record of leadership, strategic thinking, and driving positive change in various organizations.

Laura Ritz obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Biological Engineering and Biomedical Engineering from North Carolina State University, where they studied from 1998 to 2002. Laura then pursued further education at Duke University - The Fuqua School of Business from 2006 to 2008, earning a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Marketing and Strategy. Prior to their university education, Laura attended Ashbrook High School from 1995 to 1998. In addition to their formal education, Laura obtained a certification in the Communicate to Influence Program - Communication and Leadership Excellence from Decker Communications in January 2013.
