Miriam Speidel is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in learning and development (L&D) and inclusion & diversity (I&D) management. Currently serving as Senior L&D and Inclusion & Diversity Manager at Triple Point since August 2022, Miriam leads strategy implementation for L&D and I&D, having previously established the L&D function from the ground up within the organization. Miriam has held positions at EQUANS UK & Ireland as an L&D Consultant, and at London North Eastern Railway and Virgin Trains East Coast, where numerous successful programs were launched to enhance customer experience and employee engagement. With a strong background in strategic leadership, project management, and talent development, Miriam's earlier roles included Learning and Development Advisor at Whirlpool Corporation and Training Advisor at Indesit Company UK, showcasing a consistent focus on enhancing workplace learning and performance. Miriam holds a degree in English Philology from the University of Silesia in Poland.
