Ivelisse M. Fernández

Ivelisse M. Fernández has a diverse work experience that spans across multiple industries. Ivelisse M. began their career at Banco Popular in 2002, where they worked in various roles including Vice President of Training & Development and Senior Vice President of Human Resources. In 2009, they joined Banco Popular de Puerto Rico as Senior Vice President of Corporate Banking. In 2012, they moved on to MMM Holdings LLC as the Vice President of Human Resources and later became the Chief Administrative Officer. Since 2018, they have been with Triple-S, initially serving as the Chief Marketing and Communication Officer before being promoted to the role of Chief Growth and Experience Officer in 2021.

Ivelisse M. Fernández holds an MBA degree from Indiana University - Kelley School of Business, with a focus on Business Administration and Management. Ivelisse M. also obtained an MLHR degree from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business, specializing in Labor & Human Resources. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) at the University of PR, majoring in Human Resources Management and Services.
