Sam has over 20 years of experience helping companies realize value through learning processes (cost savings), identifying strategic opportunities (creating new value streams), identifying performance metrics, and understanding risk. Early in Sam’s career, he worked directly with financial institutions and manufacturing companies to help them realize institutional value. As a Senior Manager at a Big 4 consulting firm, he focused on improving processes and increasing value for Global 2000 companies. In the past decade, Sam has worked with software companies like Lockpath, NAVEX Global, and others by developing new products and helping their customers get the most use from those products.
