Tatsiana Novikova

Tatsiana Novikova is an experienced QA professional with a strong background in backend quality assurance and management. Currently a Backend QA Engineer at Tripledot Studios since November 2020, Tatsiana has previously served as a Lead QA Engineer at Programming Components and iTechArt Group, where responsibilities included establishing QA processes, mentoring new team members, and creating testing strategies. Over the years, Tatsiana has developed expertise in various testing methodologies such as functional, non-functional, UI/UX, and integration testing, along with proficiency in tools like Jira, Confluence, and TestRail. Tatsiana holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Programming from Belarusian State University of Informatics and Radioelectronics, completed in 2018.
