Olivia Tait is a seasoned talent acquisition leader with extensive experience in recruitment and team management across various industries. Currently serving as the Director of Global Talent Acquisition at TripleLift, Olivia devises and implements innovative strategies to attract top global talent. Prior roles at TripleLift included Interim Head of Talent Acquisition and Talent Acquisition Manager, where Olivia focused on enhancing recruitment processes in technology. With a background at Artemis Canada as Practice Leader and Executive Recruiter, Olivia has successfully partnered with technology companies to deliver effective recruitment solutions.
