Robert Coon has a strong background in sales and leadership roles. Robert is currently working as the SVP of US Sales at TripleLift. Prior to that, they served as the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) at Samba TV, overseeing various functions including Sales, Sales Enablement, Revenue Operations, Pricing/Planning, Account Management, and Customer Success.
Robert has also held several positions at Amazon, including Head of Grocery Advertising Sales, Head of Hospitality Advertising, Global Head of Product Sales, US Head of Sales for Mobile and Kindle, Head of Emerging Account Sales, and Senior Account Executive. During their time at Amazon, they successfully led and scaled teams, launched new advertising solutions, and drove sales and adoption of various product platforms.
Before joining Amazon, Robert worked as a Senior Account Executive at IAC/InterActiveCorp, where they were responsible for selling across multiple sites. Robert also gained experience as an Account Executive at Bankrate.com and as the Director of Sales, Eastern Region at Buena Vista Television.
Robert started their career as a Media Planner at Jordan, McGrath, Case, and Partners. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated a strong track record of success in driving sales and revenue growth.
Robert Coon attended UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School from 1996 to 1998, where they earned a BSBA degree with a concentration in Marketing. In 2022, they obtained certification in The Trade Desk Edge Academy Certified: Executive Program from The Trade Desk.
