Vinny Phillips has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Starting from 2012, they began as an intern at Turn before transitioning into an Account Coordinator role and eventually becoming a Campaign Optimisation Manager. During this time, they managed campaigns for clients across various industries and utilized the Turn console for demand-side and data management platforms. In 2016, Vinny moved on to Auto Trader UK, where they served as an Audience Trading Analyst before being promoted to the role of Audience Activation Lead. In this position, they were responsible for the data management platform and played a crucial role in building and running Auto Trader's first in-house media buying team. Vinny also provided advisory support for campaigns and had involvement in ad product development and strategic data partnerships. Vinny's accomplishments at Auto Trader include winning first place at the Marketing Week Masters of Marketing Awards 2018.

From 2019 to 2022, Vinny joined The Telegraph as a Senior Analytics Manager. Vinny led a team that provided support in audience activation and digital marketing across all departments. Vinny worked closely with stakeholders to segment and distribute relevant audiences for activation on various platforms, both on the marketing sell side and the buy side.

Vinny's most recent work experience is at TripleLift, where they hold the position of Associate Director Campaign Management - EMEA. Vinny is currently overseeing the International Campaign Management team as the company expands globally. Their responsibilities include supporting the Customer Success organization on campaigns running through the TripleLift exchange.

Vinny Phillips completed their education at the University of Surrey, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BSc Hons) degree in Mathematics and Statistics from 2007 to 2011. Additionally, they obtained various certifications including an Executive Program from The Trade Desk in 2022, an Intro to Python for Data Science Course from DataCamp in 2018, R Programming from Coursera in 2015, and The Data Scientist's Toolbox from Coursera in 2014.
