Alexandra Briefs has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Alexandra started their career in 2011 as a Store Clerk at Merrymeeting Market & Marina and later worked as an Office Assistant at Daniels Equipment Co Inc from 2013 to 2015. In 2015, they joined Gap Inc./ Banana Republic as a Sales Associate. Alexandra then interned as a Business Development Intern at K.A. Recruiting in 2016 and as an Office Intern at Digital Cognition Technologies, Inc. in 2017.
In 2018, Alexandra joined CollegeVine as a Client Success Associate, where they managed support tickets and resolved complex client issues. Alexandra utilized various platforms such as Zendesk, Trello, Airtable, and Jira to gather context and provide effective solutions. Alexandra continued in this role until September 2019.
Following their tenure at CollegeVine, Alexandra joined Tripleseat in 2020 as a Customer Support Specialist. Alexandra later transitioned to the role of Senior Support Specialist, where they designed team workflows and provided support for team members. Alexandra then became the Customer Support Lead, where they launched a dedicated tab in the Support Knowledgebase and increased resources about Tripleseat by publishing articles and acting as Bot Manager for the implementation of conversational AI. Currently, Alexandra works as a User Acceptance Testing Analyst at Tripleseat.
Throughout their career, Alexandra has shown strong customer support skills, problem-solving abilities, and proficiency in various software and communication tools.
Alexandra Briefs completed their Bachelor's Degree in History at the College of the Holy Cross from 2015 to 2017. Prior to that, they attended Kimball Union Academy from 2009 to 2013, where they earned their High School degree. Alexandra also studied Art History, Criticism, and Conservation at the University of St Andrews in 2013 and 2014. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained the Confluence Fundamentals Badge from Confluence and the Jira Fundamentals Badge from Jira Tutorial in May 2023. Furthermore, Alexandra acquired certifications in Build, Personalize, and Prepare from Ada in November and December 2022.
