Elise Erkens

Elise is an Executive Assistant to the Head of Investment Banking and Managing Directors of TripleTree.

Prior to TripleTree, Elise spent four years at Varde Partners as an executive assistant to the deputy co-CEO and co-CIO, in addition to supporting their Strategy, Internal Communications and Diversity Equity & Inclusion teams. Before that, Elise started her career in non-profit children’s mental health as an engagement coordinator.

Elise earned a B.A. in Child Psychology from the University of Minnesota – Twin Cities.
