Daniel Stassen has extensive work experience in the sustainability and sourcing fields. Daniel served as Chief Sustainability Officer at Tripper, where they were responsible for building networks of farmers to source certified spices and providing support to improve their agricultural practices. Prior to this role, they were the Sustainable Sourcing Manager at Tripper, where they developed networks of farmers and supported the development of processing plants.

Additionally, Daniel Stassen has experience in the pearl industry. Daniel held various roles at Atlas Pearls, including Commercial Manager, Project Manager, and Pearl Farm Manager. As the Pearl Farm Manager, they were actively involved in managing farm activities and expanding their knowledge in budgeting, logistics, personnel management, and communications. Daniel successfully implemented policies and procedures, improved technical quality, and ensured efficient oyster cleaning.

Daniel Stassen obtained a Certificate in Negotiation Mastery from Harvard Business School Online in 2020. Prior to this, they attended James Cook University from 2006 to 2009, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Marine Biology.
