Shitaljit most recently worked as the Director of Software Engineering at TripStack, where they led a team of 80+ employees in building and maintaining a Flight content acquisition platform. Prior to this, they served as the Vice President of Software Engineering at JPMorgan Chase & Co., where they led another team of 80+ employees in building an Air Travel reward redemption platform.

Before joining JPMorgan Chase & Co., Shitaljit worked as an Engineering Manager at Tavisca, a cxLoyalty Technology Platform, a division of JPMorgan Chase & Co. Shitaljit'srole involved leading a team in building an Air Travel reward redemption platform, setting up engineering practices, and defining product architecture and solutions designing.

Shitaljit also has experience as a Solutions Architect and Sr. Technical Lead at Tavisca Solutions Pvt Ltd, where they led a team in re-engineering and migrating an air booking travel platform. Earlier in their career, Shitaljit worked as a Project Lead at OHUM Healthcare Solutions Pvt Ltd, where they led a product development team in all phases of software development.

Shitaljit also served as a Project Lead at Amron IT Solutions, where they were responsible for setting up an onshore team. Additionally, they have held roles as a Technical Lead and Sr. Software Developer at Quicsolv, where they worked on pharmaceutical sales domain projects.
