Ugo De Francisci is the VP of Marketing at Triptease. Previously, they worked as a Global Growth Program Manager at Facebook from August 2018 to January 2020. Their responsibilities included driving growth in the SaaS world and building open and connected companies through Workplace from Facebook.

Prior to their role at Facebook, Ugo worked as the Head of APAC SMB Publisher Acquisition and Growth at Google from October 2011 to July 2018. In this role, they were responsible for growing Google's global partnership business, acquiring new developers and publishers at scale. Ugo led content marketing, branding & thought leadership campaigns, owned social channels, directed media buys, SEM&SEO, conversion optimization, onboarding, product commercialization, and more.

Under Ugo's leadership, the APAC team grew and achieved 124% of their 2016 yearly targets with double digit revenue growth. Ugo also successfully defined long term strategy to enable team's success for sustainable publisher growth.

Ugo De Francisci has a Master of Business Administration from Quantic School of Business and Technology, as well as a Master Universitario in Marketing Management from Sapienza Università di Roma.
