Luthfi Dhimas

Luthfi Dhimas currently serves as a Senior Officer Human Capital Learning & Development at Triputra Group, focusing on training needs assessment and development of onboarding and skills training programs for employees in the automotive manufacturing sector. Luthfi has also contributed as a Mentor for the MSIB Kampus Merdeka program under the Ministry of Education and Culture of the Republic of Indonesia. Previous experience includes owning a business, working as an instructor at UPT Balai Latihan Kerja Surabaya, and lecturing at 45 Vocational High School. Luthfi holds a Master of Education in Technology and Vocational Education from Yogyakarta State University and a Bachelor of Education in Mechanical Engineering Education from Universitas Negeri Surabaya.
