Lawrence Wu

Lawrence is an entrepreneur at heart, with a passion for environmental sustainability and a decade of experience building successful ventures in the renewable energy sector. Lawrence began his career as an investment banker at global financial institutions such as DBS, Macquarie, BNP Paribas and Goldman Sachs, specialising in mergers and acquisitions, restructurings, reverse takeovers, schemes of arrangement and de-listings of public companies. It was through this experience that he earned an appreciation for the hard work and resilience required to identify an opportunity in the marketplace, see it through, and have it all come together in the end to deliver value.

Lawrence graduated from Nanyang Technological University with a bachelor of Accountancy degree (First Class Honours). He is also a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA Institute) and Chartered Accountant, Singapore (ISCA).
