D. Joe Griffin

D. Joe Griffin is currently the Chief Legal Officer and General Counsel at TriSMART Solar. Prior to this role, Griffin was the Managing Partner at Griffin & Griffin PLLC where D. Joe specialized in Oil, Gas, and Energy Law, Business Law, Mergers and Acquisitions, Commercial Real Estate, Trademarks, and Estate Planning. With a background in international studies, Griffin also has experience from various law clerk roles and as a Public Interest Fellow in international litigation. D. Joe holds a Juris Doctorate in Law from the University of Houston Law Center and a BA in International and Latin American Studies from Brigham Young University.
