Jackie McDougall

Jackie McDougall is an experienced QA and quality assurance professional with a robust background in leadership roles. Currently serving as QA Practice Director at Trissential since November 2022, Jackie previously held positions such as Director of Quality for North America at Planisware and Associate Director of Agile & QA at IQVIA. Additional experience includes roles as a Senior Auditor at Cenlar FSB and Head of Test Centre of Excellence at Aegon UK. Jackie has also worked as a Principal Consultant and Senior Test Consultant at Sopra Group, as well as Test Manager and Test Consultant at Newell & Budge. Academic credentials include a Master of Science in Information Technology and a MA(Hons) in English Language & Literature from the University of Glasgow.
