Ailsa Crum

Ailsa Crum is the Director of Membership, Quality Enhancement and Standards at The Quality Assurance Agency for Higher Education. With a PhD in English Literature from the University of Glasgow, Ailsa has held various leadership roles within the organization, including Head of Quality and Enhancement and Head of Reviews. Prior to their current position, Ailsa served as Assistant Secretary at CVCP/COSHEP. Ailsa also holds a MLitt in Creative Writing, a DMS in Management, and a MA (Honours) in Economics and Politics.
