Ralph Lobocki has a strong background in sales and operations. Ralph started their career as an Agent at Aflac in 2005, before moving on to become an Account Manager and Trainer at J. Edwards and Associates in 2005-2006. Ralph then joined TriStar in 2006, where they held various roles such as Inside Sales, Support Sales, and Support Sales Manager. Ralph later became the Director of Corporate Sales and eventually Vice President of Sales Operations, overseeing multiple teams and responsibilities including vendor negotiations, payment terms, and employee reviews. Throughout their career, Ralph has demonstrated the ability to improve sales performance and reduce customer decline through proactive strategies and effective team management.
