Sanjay Vastani

Sanjay Vastani has extensive work experience in the finance and accounting field. Sanjay started their career as an Audit Assistant at Ernst & Young in 2001. Sanjay then joined Samsung Electronics in 2002 where they held various roles, including Accounting Executive, Assistant Accounting Manager, Finance Manager, and finally Senior Manager - Finance & Accounting. At Samsung, they managed a team of eleven members and implemented standardized processes for finance and accounting functions. In 2019, Sanjay joined Tristar Group as the Finance Lead for the Fuel Segment and later took on the role of Finance Lead for the Fuel Farm Segment in 2020.

Sanjay Vastani obtained a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Amravati University between 1995 and 1998, with a focus on Accounting, Finance, and Taxation. Sanjay then pursued a diploma in Co-Operation and Accountancy from the Government Diploma between 2001 and 2001, further specializing in Accounting, Audit, and Taxation. From 1998 to 2006, Sanjay attended The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, where they completed a C.A. Intermediate degree in Accounting, Finance, Audit, Taxation, and Corporate Law. Additionally, Sanjay Vastani has obtained various certifications, including "EFFECTIVE MEETINGS Training" from Carve Learning Solutions in 2022 and "Psychological Safety at Work," "Recognizing and Preventing Phishing Attacks," "Preventing Discrimination & Harassment," "Data Privacy, General Data Protection Regulation & Information Security," and "Code of Conduct Essentials" from Traliant in 2022, 2021, and 2020, respectively.
