Avinash Tilak is currently the CTO, VP Software Development at TRISTAR Insurance Group. With a strong background in software development and IT applications, Avinash has led various projects related to claim administration, nurse case management, client web portal, and document management. Previously, Avinash has worked as a Director and Assistant VP at TRISTAR, as well as a Consultant at Caritor (later known as Keane) and a Senior Software Developer at EQUINOX SOLUTIONS INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED. With a Bachelor's Degree from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur, Avinash has a wealth of experience in managing projects, developing applications, and providing technical leadership.
