Jennifer Gurley

Jennifer Gurley is an experienced human resources professional specializing in HRIS management and HR reporting and analysis. Currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Information System Analyst at TriState Health since May 2019, Jennifer reports directly to the Chief Human Resources Officer. Prior roles include Senior Analyst of HR at InnovAge, where responsibilities included HR reporting and strategy development, and Sr HR Business Analyst at UDR with a focus on HR analysis and business planning. Jennifer began a career in HR as an HR Business Analyst at Ball, handling complex reporting and HRIS security. Educationally, Jennifer holds a BA in Mathematics with a concentration in Probability and Statistics from Fort Lewis College.
