David Vassiliades

David Vassiliades has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. David'smost recent position is as a Tier II Application Support Specialist at Tritan Software starting in July 2022. Prior to that, they worked at DV SimplexDomain, an IT services company, from September 2021. David was responsible for providing help desk support, fault diagnosis, and fix remotely for home users and small businesses in Cyprus and Greece.

From January 2020 to September 2022, David worked as an IT Support/Administrator at Marlow Navigation. In this role, they maintained and updated the intranet, conducted training sessions, and implemented and developed IntraMap.

From June 2018 to September 2019, David served as an IT Manager at Gdl trading Ltd, where they supported POS systems, performed live database analysis, conducted server maintenance and upgrades, and handled hardware installations and upgrades.

Prior to that, from July 2017 to June 2018, David worked as an IT Support Technician at Unotech Communications Ltd. David was responsible for monitoring and servicing systems, diagnosing problems, troubleshooting equipment, updating and improving existing systems, and performing repairs and replacements. David also handled structured cabling.

From September 2010 to July 2017, David worked as a Marketing Manager at B & A Vassiliades Ltd, where they oversaw marketing activities. In 2017, they worked at Testing and Learning as a CentOS and web hosting specialist.

From 2010 to 2017, David had a role as a Medical Representative at B & A Vassiliades Trade & Services Ltd. David managed distribution channels, ensured client satisfaction, and represented company products.

From 2012 to 2015, David co-founded ServoSimplex, a website for reviewing Forex and Binary Brokers. David served as the head of marketing and web development, responsible for maintaining and updating the website, affiliate programs, and marketing activities.

In 2007, David worked at Netcorner as an Internet Cafe manager, handling store management, opening and closing, and performing supplier and invoice checks.

David Vassiliades has a diverse education history. In 2023, they enrolled in Hack The Box but did not complete a degree or field of study. From 2015 to 2017, they attended Cyprus College and obtained a Diploma of Information Technology and Networking. Prior to that, from 2012 to 2014, they also attended Cyprus College where they obtained a Diploma of Medical Representative. From 2009 to 2011, David was part of the Army of Cyprus, but the specific field of study is unknown. David completed their high school education from 2006 to 2009 at Technical School of Limassol A, where they focused on graphic design and architectural design.

In addition to their formal education, David Vassiliades has obtained various certifications. In 2022, they completed certifications such as Agile Project Management: Scrum Step by Step with Examples, Scrum Certification, CompTIA A+ Certification, and The Complete Cyber Security Course. In 2022, they also obtained the Fortinet Network Security Expert Level 1 certification. In 2021, they completed the Learn Linux Administration and Supercharge Your Career course and in 2020, they obtained certifications in DevOps Essentials, Accounting, Google Cloud Concepts, Microsoft Azure Concepts, The Complete Body Language for Business Course, Serverless Concepts, and AWS Concepts. In 2019, they completed certifications in Marketing Psychology, Chinese In 9 Weeks | Introduction Course, Marketing Psychology, and One Day Business Administration for Growth Hack. The institutions where they pursued these certifications include Udemy: Online Courses, Fortinet, and ITProTV, an ACI Learning company.
