Darren Aitchison

Darren Aitchison is a seasoned professional in the field of behavior analysis and special education, currently serving as a Remote Behavior Analyst at Compleat Kidz since December 2023 and as the Director of Training and Innovation at The Restorative Justice Alliance International since July 2019. Key accomplishments include advocating for the Illinois Behavior Analyst Licensing Act and contributing to significant legislative testimonies. In addition to these roles, Darren is a professor at National Louis University and Triton College, developing curricula that prepares students for the BACB’s registered behavior technician certification. With extensive experience in various clinical and educational settings, including positions at Golden Care Therapy and ASD Life ABA Therapy, Darren has demonstrated expertise in training, supervision, and the implementation of innovative behavior analysis programs. Darren holds multiple degrees, including a Doctor of Education in Disability and Equity in Education from National Louis University, and possesses a robust background in behavior analysis supported by multiple certifications.
