Lilack Soulivong

Lilack Soulivong, Ed.D, serves as an Adjunct Professor at the University of St. Francis since May 2022 and has been an English Second Language Instructor at Triton College since October 2021. In addition, Lilack works as a Human Resources Recruitment Coordinator at Waubonsee College, a role held since December 2020, and previously served as a Substitute Teacher for the Plainfield Community Consolidated School District #202 from September 2019 to May 2022. Lilack's extensive background in human resources includes experience as a Supervisor in Transportation Services and as an Associate HR Generalist at Exelon from 1997 to 2020. Educational achievements include a Doctorate in Education focused on Servant Leadership, a Master's in Business Management, and a Bachelor's in Applied Organization Management, all awarded by the University of St. Francis. A TESOL Certificate was also earned at the University of St. Francis in late 2020.
