Brendan Collins

As Triton Digital’s SVP of Business & Legal Affairs, Brendan Collins oversees all legal matters related to Triton’s global operations, including strategic partnerships, intellectual property, commercial contracts, and dispute resolution. Brendan works closely with the executives and managers at Triton to identify and mitigate their legal risks, allowing them to make decisions and forge relationships required for Triton to continue to innovate the digital audio industry. Prior to joining Triton Digital in 2011, Brendan was a corporate and finance attorney in the Los Angeles offices of both DLA Piper and Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck. Brendan has a law degree from the UCLA School of Law, an MBA from the UCLA Anderson School of Management, and a BS in Physics from the U.S. Naval Academy in Annapolis, Maryland. After the Naval Academy (but before UCLA) Brendan was a helicopter pilot in the U.S. Marine Corps.
