Richard Palmer completed a Graduate Diploma in Commercial Radio & Broadcasting in 2002 at the Australian Film Television and Radio School. Additionally, in the same year, they also obtained a Graduate Certificate in Commercial Radio Programming from the Australian Film, Television, and Radio School. Both qualifications were focused on the field of Radio and Television.
