Alice Hillson

Alice joined Triton from Arcmont Asset Management, where she was Head of Legal, having moved with the Private Debt team as part of their spin-out from BlueBay Asset Management, where she was Senior Legal Counsel. Prior to that, Alice worked as an Associate in the Leveraged Finance team at Weil, Gotshal and Manges. During her time at Weil, Alice spent eight months on secondment to the Goldman Sachs MBD team. Alice started her career at Clifford Chance, where she worked in both the London and Amsterdam offices and qualified into the Banking and Finance team. She holds an LLB (Hons) degree in Law from University of Leeds and is a qualified solicitor in England and Wales.
