Björn Osterloff

Björn is part of the Digital Practice. He joined from Phaedrus, an advisory and investment boutique, focusing on operational improvement in private equity. At debitel AG, a portfolio company, he held positions as Head of Marketing, Head of Corporate Development and Co-head of the Integration Office and worked on restructuring, organic growth, add-on acquisitions and post-merger integration. Prior to that, he was at Boston Consulting Group covering due diligence, strategy development and performance improvement programs. Björn holds an MSc in Industrial Management from the Helsinki University of Technology and studied Finance at the Swedish School of Economics in Helsinki. He also has an MSc in Computer Science from the University of Karlsruhe.
