Jonathon Milne

Jonathon joined from Macquarie Group, where he was an Associate Director in Macquarie's Infrastructure and Real Assets division based in London, focusing on European M&A transactions, joint ventures, refinancings and restructurings. Previously, Jonathon worked as a lawyer in the corporate finance team at Clifford Chance LLP. He studied at the College of Law, and holds an LLB law degree from University College London. Jonathon is a practicing English solicitor and member of the Law Society of England and Wales.
