As a Managing Director for the global RPO practice, Mansi spearheads Leadership Hiring for TritonExec’s largest RPO client across business verticals/service lines in India, Philippines and China.

With over 16 years in recruiting, Mansi previously spent almost a decade with Alp Consulting & Elixir (GI Group) in market making & recruitment delivery roles and setting up and managing end-to-end hiring processes.

She is passionate about direct sourcing, innovating and leveraging the employer brand to engage & attract top talent for the future of business. Mansi holds bachelor’s degree in Maths/Economics/Statistics from Agra University and an MBA in Human Resource from Lucknow University.
