Keith started their career at Tyson Foods as an Internal Auditor, participating in the implementation of Sarbanes-Oxley controls and monitoring company compliance with policies and procedures. Keith then moved on to work at Paragon Relocation Resources as a Financial Analyst, where they provided accurate and timely relocation expense data to clients and internal staff.

In 2008, Keith joined Hilltop Securities Inc. as a Staff Auditor, conducting Sarbanes-Oxley audits for the Broker Dealer division. Keith evaluated the adequacy of internal controls and communicated potential gaps to process owners. Later, they became the Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) Senior Manager at Hilltop Securities, responsible for managing risk assessments, documenting financial processes, and performing tests of controls for the SOX program.

Currently, Keith is working at Triumph Financial, Inc. as the Vice President of Internal Audit. Their responsibilities include identifying risks to the company's objectives and financial reporting, developing the annual audit plan, and directing the activities of the Internal Audit department. Prior to this role, they were an Audit Director at Triumph Financial, where they established and managed a national internal audit department, ensured appropriate audit planning, and provided balanced evaluations of audit results.
