Roxanna Maciel, SPHR, CCMP, SWP, CDP has extensive experience in talent acquisition, human resources, and executive search. Roxanna currently holds the position of SVP, Head of Talent Acquisition at Triumph Financial, Inc. In this role, they oversee all aspects of talent acquisition for the company. Prior to joining Triumph Financial, Roxanna worked as a Managing Partner at Roxanna Maciel & Associates, where they provided executive search and human resources consulting services to various organizations. Earlier in their career, they held senior leadership positions at BOK Financial, where they managed talent acquisition, attraction, and onboarding processes. Roxanna was also responsible for developing recruitment policies, procedures, and strategies. Roxanna started their career at AccountingSolutions, where they quickly rose to the role of Area Vice President. Roxanna has also held positions at RCM Search & Consulting, LLC, Olsten Financial Staffing, Maxtron Corporation, and McNeese State University. Roxanna's diverse experience has equipped their with a deep understanding of recruitment, human resources, and talent management.
