Jim M.

Jim M. has extensive work experience in the finance industry. Jim started their career as a Senior Accountant at Schiffman Hughes CPA's PC in 1985 and later became the Chief Financial Officer at Numonics Corporation in 1988. In 1991, they joined Teleflex Aerospace as the President and held that role until 2003. From 2004 to 2007, they served as the Vice President of Finance and Treasurer for the Northeast Region at American Water. Jim M. then moved to Steel Partners Holdings in 2007, where they held multiple positions, including Chief Financial Officer, Senior Vice President, and President of Shared Services. During their time at Steel Partners Holdings, they were involved in various financial activities such as negotiating financing deals and managing pension and 401(k) plans. Jim later joined Triumph Group in 2016 as the Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President. Triumph Group is a global aerospace and defense company.

Jim M. attended Lehigh University College of Business from 1981 to 1985, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Business and Economics.
