Noah Bauer

Noah Bauer has gained extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Their most recent position is as Lead Program Quality Engineer 2 at TRIUMPH, where they are responsible for MRB chair and quality engineering for multiple programs. Noah collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality product delivery, conducts root cause analysis, and implements corrective actions. Prior to this, Noah worked as a Quality Engineer 1 and MRB Chair at the same company. Noah also held the role of Project Planner, where they monitored production schedules and led meetings with various stakeholders. Noah's earlier experience includes serving as a Teaching Assistant at the University of Pittsburgh, an Intern at the University of Pittsburgh School of Health and Rehabilitation Sciences, and a NATO Intern.
