Ryan Cosgrove

Ryan Cosgrove serves as Vice President and Deputy General Counsel at Triumph Group, Inc., where responsibilities include overseeing commercial legal matters, government contracts compliance, intellectual property protection, FCPA compliance, and international trade compliance. Previously, Ryan held various positions at Triumph, including Vice President, Associate General Counsel, and Chief Counsel, Commercial. As Secretary for xCelle Americas, a joint venture, Ryan contributed from its establishment until Triumph's divestiture of its Product Support business in 2024. Prior experience includes a role as Counsel at Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld LLP, focusing on civil trial law and representing a range of clients in diverse legal matters. Ryan holds a J.D. from The University of Texas School of Law and a B.A. in English and Political Science from The University of the South.
