Esteban Alvarado

Esteban Alvarado is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in growth, community building, and operations management within the startup ecosystem. Currently serving as Chief of Staff at Triumph since February 2025, Alvarado previously held the title of Head of Growth & Community at Fractional, a pioneering social platform for fractional real estate ownership. As a Co-Founder of Project Unicorn, Alvarado successfully onboarded over 2,500 founders and investors while expanding the audience to over 5,000 members. Additional roles include Operations Manager at launch house, Growth/Fundraising Manager at Wefunder, and a fellow at On Deck. Alvarado's academic background includes a Bachelor's degree in Criminology, Law, and Society from UC Irvine and an Associate of Arts and Sciences from El Camino College.
