Jarrod Craik

Jarrod Craik has over 25 years of work experience in various technology and leadership roles. Jarrod is currently the Chief Technology & Product Officer at TRI - The RBQM Experts since October 2022. Before that, they worked at Upland Software from February 2021 to January 2022 as a Senior Director – Cloud Operations, focusing on post-acquisition integration, identifying cost savings, and restructuring resources. From December 2018 to February 2021, they served as the VP - Technology at BlueVenn, leading product development and ensuring adherence to company processes. Prior to that, they were the Chief Technology Officer / Technical Director at MarketDeveloper from February 2012 to December 2018, where they played a key role in transforming the management structure and negotiating an acquisition by BlueVenn. Before that, they held the same position at Atrium Group (UK) Limited from September 2009 to February 2012, leading architecture and development projects. Jarrod also worked as a Technical Director at MarketDeveloper Ltd from September 2003 to September 2009, focusing on the development of a web-based Single Customer View (SCV) product. Jarrod's earlier work experience includes a logistics role at MTU South Africa from 1996 to 2000.

Jarrod Craik attended Sea Point Boys Primary School from 1978 to 1985. Jarrod then proceeded to Sea Point High School, where they studied from 1986 to 1990. Jarrod Craik obtained a Matriculation degree from Boston House College in 1990. Finally, they enrolled in Cape Peninsula University of Technology, where they pursued Mechanical Engineering from 1992 to 1995.
