Jana Pereira

Jana Pereira has a strong background in IT support and administrative roles. Currently working at Triumph Tool Ltd., Jana is responsible for providing IT support to ensure user PCs are well-configured. Previously, Jana worked at Clarion Co-operatives Homes Inc. as an Administrative Assistant, where Jana input work orders into the system effectively. With extensive experience at IBM as a Business Operations Analyst, Jana developed financial controls, led reporting updates, and improved systems. Jana has also worked at companies like Novell, HP, and Citi Group in various IT roles. Jana holds a degree in Technologist in Data Processing from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie.
