Rathan L M has over nine years of experience in mechanical engineering, currently serving as a Deputy Manager at Triveni Engineering & Industries Limited since September 2014. In this role, Rathan specializes in the design and development of high-speed gearboxes according to API and AGMA standards based on customer requirements. Prior to this position, Rathan completed a project internship at the Indian Institute of Science from February 2014 to June 2014, focusing on the effect of surface texture on the coefficient of friction for Stainless Steel 316L. Earlier experience includes a project internship at Malnad Alloy Castings Private Limited.
