Justin Spears

Justin Spears is the BD Director, Southeast at Trivest Partners. Justin has over five years of experience in the banking and financial industry. Justin began their career as an intern with the Executive Office of Florida Governor Rick Scott where they gained valuable experience in finance and economic analysis. Justin then went on to work as an Associate Relationship Manager II at Fifth Third Bank for four years before joining Trivest Partners. Justin is a highly motivated individual with a strong work ethic and a commitment to excellence. Justin is a proven leader with the ability to build relationships and drive results.

Justin Spears has a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Florida State University and attended City/Pembroke Pines Charter High School.

Justin Spears reports to Russ Wilson, Partner, Mid-Market & Discovery. They are on a team with Yan Levinski - VP, Mid-Market, Lori Cunningham - BD Director, Midwest, and Edward Kim - BD Director, Mountain/West.
