Adina Avram has extensive experience in the field of diversity, equity, and inclusion, as well as talent development. Currently, they serve as the Head of DEIB & Talent Development at Trivium Packaging, a global supplier of metal packaging solutions. Prior to this role, Adina was self-employed as a Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging Consultant, Keynote Speaker, and Coach. Adina also worked as the Head of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging at EVBox, where they successfully implemented DEIB initiatives and set up the Learning and Development department. Adina has also held HR positions at DS Smith and Electrolux Professional, where they focused on business partnering, talent development, and restructuring activities. Adina began their career at AIESEC Moldova and later became the President of AIESEC Ireland. Adina holds a strong background in driving systemic change and creating inclusive environments within organizations.
Adina Avram holds a Master's degree in Economics from Transilvania University, Brasov, which they obtained from 2009 to 2011. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Economics at the same university from 2006 to 2009. Adina Avram has also obtained various certifications in fields such as art therapy, data visualization and storytelling, executive program diversity and inclusion, inclusive leadership, strategic human resources, and project management.
